What shop owners ask first
Does it really work without internet?
Yes. Each counter keeps its own copy of your shop, so you can sell, print, take payments and check stock with no connection at all. Everything syncs on its own the moment the internet comes back. The one thing that waits for a connection is sending on WhatsApp.
What if two counters sell the same item while offline?
Both sales are kept. Stock is a record of every sale and delivery rather than a single number, so when the counters reconnect the count comes out right — nothing is overwritten.
Can I use my thermal receipt printer?
Yes — 80mm and 58mm rolls, as well as A4, F4, Letter and A5 sheets. The invoice is laid out for the paper you choose, and you can set it once per shop.
Can I keep udhaar / khata for my customers?
Yes. Every customer has an account with each bill and payment, a running balance, a credit limit, and a statement you can send them on WhatsApp for any period.

Each shop has its own products, stock, invoices and staff, and you see them all from one sign-in.
Does it work with Pakistani Rupees and other currencies?
Yes. Each shop sets its own currency, and you can hide the decimals if your prices are always whole rupees.
